salukikev@gmail.com
Hi, I've been struggling with an edit today. I have a scene captured by a few different cameras and am assembling that into a single edited video. My media is captured in both Portrait & Landscape modes. When displaying portrait, things are fine. It does the usual addition of black borders on either side. When I'm using the landscape media (which I rotated), it gets cropped into the portrait form factor rather than occupying that black space as intended. How can I change that to use both media aspect ratios? Thanks! -Kevin
borate
If using recent Videopad versions there are aspect ratio options from both the right-click menu on bin clips and via effects on bin clips or those on the sequence. Play with them on the individual landscape clips. Try LETTERBOX first.
