department30
I'm looking to start an online radio service, and am fairly new to the world of computer audio. I need to be able to "rip" tracks from the CDs I'll be programming for my online show. I also need to be able to record my own voice tracks--announcing the music selections. (I put in 20+ years in the on-the-air radio world.) I have a sound card, a CD-ROM drive. I've purchased a microphone with a USB connection. The question--is WavePad the only program I need to do what I need to do? It appears so from the description on the website. Rather than buying bits and pieces in the other NCH software, it looks like WavePad would be a catch-all. Is this correct? Any and all feedback is much appreciated. Thanks!
