Same thing happends. Mihai <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What provider are you using? If you are using Broadvoice or some other VOIP provider you made need to make adjustments in your Axon settings. Log into your Axon Web system. Go to External lines, Advanced Line Settings and look at the two items at the bottom. Call Activity polling and Do Not froward odd RTP ports. I had to play with these settings a little to get my system to stop dropping calls. Also what type of internet access do you have? Bandwidth plays a critical role in quality of service when using VOIP. Hope this helps, I answered because I know first hand how frustrating it is to post here and not get answers but when a company is giving away software I am sure it is hard to keep up with cusotmer service.
