mr11110000236 Posted June 16, 2006 Share Posted June 16, 2006 i have been trying to find a way to convert atrac files into mp3 and i read this could, so i got it. i openned my atrac files up in wavepad and it only opened them up to 1:01.65 and no more. can someone help? Guest nchto Posted November 5, 2006 Share Posted November 5, 2006 Most atrac files are copy-protected by DRM (Digital Rights Management), the only exceptions being those with an .atp file extension. Because of this protection, the files cannot be copied, or converted to a different file format that would then allow the file to be copied. When confronted with one of these protected files, Switch will attempt to convert about a minute of the file (as part of its protection mechanism) before it gives up.
