Can't add some video files to list to be burned to DVD

When selecting video files from my windows laptop to be burned to DVD,  some files are not added to the list. There is not error message to explain why.

The files that are not added are .MOV file types. Other .MOV file types are successfully added.

In looking at the properties of the files that are not accepted, the only distinguishable property is that the data bit rate is much lower (about 8,000 kbps) compared to the other files that were accepted (about 12,000 kbps to 15,000 kbps).

Would this difference be the problem? is there a setting I can change to make it work?
