SIP / VOIP registration problem

Hi,

 

I´m trying to register the IVM on a Intertex IX67 SIP switch,

however I allways receive the following error:

 

Register attempt for proxy sip:6606@sip.test.nu failed

400 Bad request.

 

in the IX67 log I can see the following message:

JUN 08 16:01:59 tSip notice Authentication: 'qop' directive missing and RFC 2069 support is disabled.

JUN 08 16:02:27 tSip notice Authentication: 'qop' directive missing and RFC 2069 support is disabled.

JUN 08 16:02:27 tSip notice Authentication: 'qop' directive missing and RFC 2069 support is disabled.

JUN 08 16:02:47 tSip notice Authentication: 'qop' directive missing and RFC 2069 support is disabled.

JUN 08 16:02:47 tSip notice Authentication: 'qop' directive missing and RFC 2069 support is disabled.

 

Any suggestions?

404 not found.

I'm using my ID pasword at Vonage.

 

The SoftPhone is installed and working perfectly. I have a new Voice Modem WINCOMM V 9.2 installed and it is installed as line 1 in IVM Attendant settings. It is one of the NCH approved compliant voice modems.

 

All the other features of the IVM Attendant seems to work. Any ideas?

I am actually receiving a similar error. I am also on vonage and am using the companion software.

Error message:

 

22:11:49 Server obcomp1.voncp.com did not respond to register (user sip:1781xxxxxxx@obcomp1.voncp.com)

22:11:49 Check server details for that line

 

can someone help with this error?
