Telling me I have a trial version today?

Hi everyone

I purchased the Express Scribe licence in June last year and today it's telling me I'm on the free version and would I like to purchase the full version.  I have some urgent work I need to transcribe today and cannot see anywhere how to contact them to fix this asap.  Does anyone have an idea what I should do or a similar experience?  TIA :)
