melissa Posted June 2, 2006 Share Posted June 2, 2006 I am entering the encryption user id and key correctly, but it is saying that it cannot load and encrypted file, because the key is incorrect. I don't know what else to do. It works on other computers but not on mine. I've tried reloading express scribe and restarting my computer, but that didn't work either. Any ideas?
