OGM Silent except default "Goodbye"

We have transferred the location of our IVM Answering Attendant. On the new computer I have downloaded the trial IVM to test, loaded the OGM file from the old computer, and verified that IVM and the new voice modem I installed play together.

 

I can hear the OGM using the simulator. However, when the number is dialed, IVM answers ... then silence ... then the default system "Goodbye" is heard.

 

Does anyone have an idea where I should look to solve the problem?

I had the same issue, you will notice the system is looking for your original template wav file but since you deleted it and created a new one it never looks in the right location for it. Playing of of OGM sounds okay it is just when someone calls in or a test call when it happens I bet.

Im sure there is a better fix but I had to load the sample IVR set again then overwrite the audio clips to get around it.
