We have transferred the location of our IVM Answering Attendant. On the new computer I have downloaded the trial IVM to test, loaded the OGM file from the old computer, and verified that IVM and the new voice modem I installed play together. I can hear the OGM using the simulator. However, when the number is dialed, IVM answers ... then silence ... then the default system "Goodbye" is heard. Does anyone have an idea where I should look to solve the problem? Any help appreciated. ~ Sue
