Huge and varying delay, even when bypassing

My audio output, even when previewing and bypassing, always has at least a 0.5 second delay, but often about 1 second when running through Voxal. I thought it might be Voicemeeter creating driver conflicts, but I uninstalled Voicemeeter and its drivers and the problem persisted.
