exceed68 Posted May 13, 2006 Share Posted May 13, 2006 I setup a voicemail for a customer and it had a great feature. I am trying to do it with IVM. When a caller calls in, then caller will push option 5 to transfer call to my cell phone. I would like to know who is calling before I accept the call or send it to voicemail. Is there any way to have the caller record his name or a short message then have that play when the transfer happens? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
