where is the Config-file stored?

Where on the harddrive is the express talk config-file with line-settings etc stored? I couldnt find it in any applicationsettingsfolder in winXP.

 

I'm having the problem with different users logging on to the same computer (through a domain) that should use the same line-settings but they always get cleared after a log-out.

its really annoying when I cant change anything in the settings since they seem to be forced to default, because the program doesnt have the permissions to save the configfile wherever it tries to save it. please help me out here
