command line parameters

Is there a complete list of command line parameters for Express Talk?

I am trying to do two things from the command line:

1. simply dial a phone number and talk (I can do that already)

2. (not sure its possible) dial two phone numbers then connect them.

3. Dial a number and pick up a desk phone to talk
