Pre-Sales Question

Does this software do automatic call routing over a standard phone system, not a voip or ksu i think you call it a ptsn.

 

For example lets say you have 3 reps one is on the phone a incoming call comes in, will it forward it to the next avail rep automaticlly? Or lets say no one is on the phone and it randomly goes to whomever first answers?

 

Any help would be great, if this application cannot do this could someone please suggest a software / hardware combo application that would?
