IVM cannot disconnect call

Hi to all.

 

I'm hopping you can help me with this problem.

 

My IVM Attendent cannot detect end-of-call signal when my modem is on com1-4 ports. When my modem is on com-port5 end of call detection is working but messages has been played on speaker instead on the phone.
