SOHO Posted April 27, 2018 Share Posted April 27, 2018 I am trying to get IMS to connect to my FTP server (run using Plesk), to automatically download on hold updates. I have anonymous access enabled, however every time I enter the details it gives me the "Cannot log on to the server" error message. Is there a specific format which I need to use when entering FTP details? How exactly does IMS interface with my server? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
