Web interface troubles

I am having trouble getting the web interface for IVM to work well for me. I can log in just fine, but when I click "Play" the results are less than satisfactory. Using Internet Explorer every time I click play I get a dialogue box with Filename: play File type: (blank) From: (my server name) and I'm asked if I want to open or save the file. When I click "Open" I'm then asked which application I want to use to open the file. When I use Firefox and click on "Play" it automatically uses Quicktime to play the message, but only plays the first 10 seconds or so of the message.

 

FYI I am using version 3.01 of IVM.

 

Any ideas/suggstions on how to get this to work better?

It's unlikely that this is an IVM problem.

To make sure: Download the wav file that IVM posted to the web page. See if it now plays from your computer.

It could be many things so email me if this doesn't provide a solution
