h_m
Hello, I just downloaded the free (unlicensed - non-commercial home use only) software to multiple computers to use with a group of kids. I downloaded VideoPad v5.20 to all the computers on the same day. However, on one computer - but not the other computers - when you go to "add stock sound" (download from the sound library), it says you can't without the Paid/Full version. On the rest of the computers, you can download from the library with no issues. What is going on? Why would this one computer be having this issue? Is this really a paid feature or is just this one computer being weird? If image above doesn't appear, see: https://prnt.sc/h5gmfy
borate
Odd. Try a reinstall, using this file. Right-click it and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR, for the install.
