dvw format, digital voice wave cant be converted

Hi there

 

Can anyone help me find a way to format this mother into a usable format? Preferably wav. I want to make a CD with my takes.

I have a voice recorder which also is supposed to have a mp3 function.

It calls the files mp3 and dvw at the same time. Seems weird to me.

 

The format is supposed to be dvw and it means digital voice wave

 

I found some reviews on the web saying that the supplied woice edit wizard could do the converting, but that ain't the truth...
