When a caller dialls say on line1 and s/he wants to get assistance from the callcentre the IVM would prompt the caller to press 1. If the caller press 1 then the IVM calls the outbound.exe plugin and dials 123. The callcentre phone rings but when called phone answers the caller and called parties would not be able to set up the conversation.
