Voice to text With Dragon

Hey all,

 

I am trying to get voice to text working with Dragon Naturaly 8 pro. We are able to send the message off to the dragon software - but it only seems to transcribe a small portion of the beginning of the message - OR - it's only emailing out that first portion - any idea what we could be doing wrong here? I'd LOVE to have this functionality on our help desk - making the text searchable in our trouble ticketting system
