Jan Posted March 17, 2006 Share Posted March 17, 2006 Is there anyway to rewind the files so you do not hear the voice in fast rewind mode? Also, when I rewind it seems like it takes it forever to get back to a certain spot. Like if I want to rewind just a few words it seems like I have to hold the rewind pedal down longer than I should. Bre Posted April 6, 2006 Share Posted April 6, 2006 you can change the speed of your rewind by going to File>Settings>Rewind and increasing the speed. Also, you might have it set on "Constant Speed" instead of "Increasing Speed" (Located just above the Rewind speed option). The Increasing speed slowly increases the rate of the rewind from 150% to 800% or whatever you specify. The higher the number, the faster the rewind. Just keep adjusting it until you find what you are looking for. I've noticed a lot of people using somewhere between 650 & 800 at a constant speed.
