image not loading in conversion screen

Hi, I am putting together a slide show of cartoons pictures and animated pictures. The problem that I am getting is with some of my animated pictures.although they work perfectly while in my picture file, as soon as I add them to my "slide show software" the animation is affected and will not run the full animation. So I decided to see if converting them in my pixillon conversion software. The format of these animated pictures is (GIF) but as soon as I add these animated picture to the converter no image appears on the converter screen. Has anyone experienced this problem and if so can anyone advise how to get around this. Thank you. DecnDor99
