Teri Posted June 30, 2016 Share Posted June 30, 2016 You could add it as a line item, but I know of no way for it to automatically add an outstanding balance to an invoice. Invoices generally don't do that because they are supposed to be tied to a specific job. You can issue a statement for the customer that shows outstanding balances.
