Norman
Does VRS support recording the microphone and headset at the same time. Cause we use a computer headset and microphone to communicate with our client, and we need to record our conversation into a wav file for archive purpose. If you use the voice activated option, you'll record anything that is said at the workstation. The only problem here is getting the volume threshold settings right. jsmith@maritelusa.com
I'm trying to do the same thing. I've tried unsuccessfully to record what is played on the PC and my audio input. If I were to only record what is played on the PC, what is my configuration? Every time I try to configure a channel for "what u hear", it defaults back to the Windows recorder option eventhough it gives me the option of selecting my SoundBlaster sound card.
