Videotect Posted November 8, 2015 Share Posted November 8, 2015 Hello, I just got a new computer that doesn't support my old version of VideoPad so I've had to switch to 4.21. But now I can't find a lot of the features. I used to be able to create image overlays and position and scale the pictures. In 4.21, I found how to create an overlay by having to create a whole other track, but how do you position and scale? Or is that feature gone now?
