Guest John paul Posted March 5, 2006 Share Posted March 5, 2006 I have been trying to set the IVM Data Entry but my problem is, how do i creat an account for the caller for example. When you give a caller his account number and password to access his account, after the wel note, then IVM wil prompt the caller to enter his account number after that enter your password but the active command cannot take the caller to the next OGM or to his account informations. posible is any one know how i can solve this problem.
