local extensions wont log on

I have a small LAN. Axon is on one pc and logs onto sip providers ok.

 

Other pcs have express talk and log onto axon no problem.

 

My problem is that an express talk extension on the same pc as Axon wont log on. I have tried the both the host pcs name and localhost but neither lets express talk log on. I just get 'server <name> did not resopnd to register (user101)'

 

Any help would be appreciated
