Troubleshooting Outgoing Calls

I have successfully loaded, started, and tested a Dialogic board. I'm trying to place one test out-going call. When I enter the number, the message just says "making outbound call." Nothing else happens. No call is actually made. What are the troubleshooting procedures for this situation?

First setup an OGM to answer a call - then test to see if it answers

 

If this works you know that your board is working correctly with the software.
