VAES Marleen
When attaching a Word file to a dictation, we can see the file (and even open) in the attachment list. After sending through the MAPI service of Outlook, the Word file is gone. We suspect the Windows XP security service to be the cause, and therefore would like to change the standard ED mail template, as it mentiones the NCH internet site address. If we could change, we probably would solve the problem at the receiving side, where the mail is evaluated as a spam by Norton. How can we adopt the standard wording in the template. If somebody knows another reason why outlook doesn't incorporate the Word file, please tell us. We would appreciate some help as the manual, nor the FAQ's are helpfull.
