bat file to convert txt file to pdf & view

I have a bat file with a txt file called "Machine- Audit_Trail.txt" and I would like to convert it to PDF with same name in same folder & then once converted to PDF automatically open so I can view. BTW, can doxillion.exe be copied into this folder?

 

the first part of my bat file mite read

 

"C:\audit\Doxillion.exe" -convert "C:\Machine- Audit_Trail.txt" -format PDF

 

I am suing Acrobat as my viewer default.
