IVM communication with agent

We are looking for software that transfers the call to the appropriate location and also shows information about the call. Meaning, if the caller is looking for ABC Towing we need to show a window on the agent's screen that tells them what to say and ask - they are representing ABC Towing after hours. This data is likely in a database and needs input and output functionality for the client's answers.

 

Multiple companies are to be represented with different scripts/notes and logic for each. Can this software perform these functions or are there some plugins that would help? We are new to this software and would appreciate some of the veterans or the company customer support staff answers and help.
