Express Talk - Connectivity Issue

Well, I'm able to configure network settings of the phone, successfully. Softphone is talking and calling is happening within the network behind NAT/ Firewall, logs are created at both ends, but still are few issues:

 

1. Unable to have two-way communication?

2. Dont know whether other side can hear me?

3. Unable to hear the other side at all?

 

Will appreciate valuable suggestions along with detailed discussions for the same.
