Hello,

 

We've been trying your 30 day trial version of your WavePad program. We worked with it for 30 days and tried everything on it. We uploaded our different albums and our different songs by our different artists and worked with them on your program to insure that this is the program we would like to use in the future. And we liked it a lot, great job guys.

The free trial now has been ended a couple of days ago. When it did, it gave us a message that the program's free trial has ended and there was an option to order it. We haven't order it right away, we decided to do it later but when we opened the program again today it let us access it for free. I believe that some

kind of error happened and it made your program run for free second time. The reason we are concerned about this is because we are well known record company "TwoBolts records" and we just trying to help with letting you know about this problem because we really think that your program is great. If this problem occurred with us then it can occur with other users of your program and that can make you loose a lot of business.

We like your program very much and we would like to purchase it and support it.

Please let us know if we can promote your program.

Hello,

 

Thank you for your comments. I think the version that you have installed is the Basic Free Edition. With the Basic Free version, you can try all features of WavePad (including Master Edition's features) during the trial period. After the trial period, you will still be able to use all basic features of WavePad but all the Master edition's features will be disabled unless you upgrade to the Master Edition.

 

You can check the version of WavePad by go to Help->About.
