SquirrelDip Posted February 16, 2006 Share Posted February 16, 2006 Currently evaluating Axon and IVM and have a setup using 4 Sipura SPA-841 ip phones and a SPA-3000 FXO. When outside callers access IVM there is no problem, when a standard phone attached to the FXS port accesses IVM there is no problem. However, when the IP phone accesses IVM IVM will not react to any key entry - i.e. pressing '*' or an extension number does nothing. Using the IP phone to an outside call service and the key entries are recognized. The issue appears only with the internal call to IVM. Any help would be appreciated.
