Guest Adrian Posted February 5, 2006 Share Posted February 5, 2006 I have my IVM working OK, i bought the copy about 3 weeks ago. However, my PABX sends inband DTMF for the voicemail box the item is for and sometimes it send 7 digits, sometimes 8 and if an internal call bounces to the IVM, only 2 digits are sent (the first digit 90% of the time is cut off for some reason) THe issue i have is, if only 2 digits are dialled and I have a 7 digit maximum, the 2 digits dialled become useless, and the message gets routed to the dafult mail; box (my PABX can't send a # after the dtmf is sent) Using a Samsung DCS 70 Any ideas?
