jsykes Posted November 5, 2013 Share Posted November 5, 2013 When I upload a logo, it works great until I close the program. Upon reopening the program, the logo is no longer used on invoices or shows on the main screen. It still shows the correct file path in the general settings, but does not work unless I upload the logo again using the same file path. It then works great till I close the program. Your logo image file or the folder containing it may have 'administrators' only permission or similar. - Locate the image file and right click -> Properties, - navigate to 'Security' tab, click 'Advanced', - change permissions and click 'OK' Hope this helps! Chris Sweetapple Posted November 28, 2014 Share Posted November 28, 2014 This has just started occuring for me as well, After the new update of Express Invoice Plus & OSX Yosemite. Those tips above completely do not apply to mac. It has worked perfectly since day one and now it is becoming a huge annoyance having to re apply the logo every time I open it.
