When workstation A downloads a file and hits done/forward and workstation B downloads that same dictation the audio quality somehow is degraded (very very poor). Any idea why this is happening? I have looked around to see if there are any options for compression when forwarding a dictation, but I dont see any options along those lines. Thank you.
