yapuka Posted October 11, 2013 Share Posted October 11, 2013 Hi, i had the same problem but could not receive help from the support team. They sended me a ftp link with a id and pass , and They are refused from the ftp.....so what to do , you can also try to phone but like me you will have an answer robot. I have the problem too when i try to add one item to a bill.... the software ejects me out. I can not make a bill now..!! ( I don't know if the compatibility isn't correct by apple or by NCH?.
