ejoeyb
I've been through the FAQ's and the forums but this hasn't come up yet. The IVM seems to be able to detect the end of call tone on my line and if the message is shorter than 30 seconds it stops recording and does everything perfectly. However the IVM stops recording and hangs up at exactly 30 seconds so a message can never be any longer. This seems to be a default. Is there any way to change this? Any help is appreciated thanks J.B.
Guest Terry
Yes, you can adjust a record time. Go to SETTINGS, go to TRANSFER/RECORD, at the bottom of page under Recording Messages, change your Maximum Record Time. Hope this helps, Terry I've been through the FAQ's and the forums but this hasn't come up yet.The IVM seems to be able to detect the end of call tone on my line and if the message is shorter than 30 seconds it stops recording and does everything perfectly. Guest Joey B.
Thanks a bunch Terry! I think I looked just about every place but that menu I figured it would be something simple.
