Does this program have playback hotkeys?

I am interested in using this software for our answering service. We are a food wholesaler and our customers leave orders overnight. Some messages can be 5 to 10 minutes long and they talk really fast. While we are listening to the message we are typing the order into our invoicing software. Sometimes they talk really fast so a hotkey to pause and rewind say 10 seconds is vital. It would take us too long to switch between applications if we missed a word.

 

We currently use tape answering machines because they give us that flexibility. But during the summer when business is busy someone has to go in overnight to clear the messages off the machine. Where with a digital system we could log in remotely and key in the orders from home.

 

Is this already a feature or can it be done with a plugin?
