jojo1648 Posted June 5, 2013 Share Posted June 5, 2013 Hi! Although it seems I did everything right, I hear the dictation in my computer, but not in my headset and use Express Scribe. It is the SpectraUSB headset. The sound is just not transferring to my headset. I can increase or decrease the volume on my headset, but that's about all. I have Windows 7. Any sugestions? Thanks! AltoUSA Posted June 12, 2013 Share Posted June 12, 2013 Hello, If you click on Options the very first tab should be labeled "Playback", on this tab is a drop down menu for you to choose which audio device to use in Express Scribe; your USB headset should be one of the choices if plugged in.
