I'm recording my screen as a .avi file using the H264 (Native) compressor, but I can't seem to find any way of manually setting the bitrate, there's just a slider that goes from 1 - 51. Even at the "1" setting, the bitrate is reported at ~200 kbps when I upload it; I'm trying to record HD video and upload it to Vimeo and they recommend something in the 10,000-20,000 range. I can find where to set that if I'm recording with MPEG4, but is there any way to do that using the H.264 codec? I'm pretty new to this stuff so I'm trying to just go by Vimeo's suggested compression guidelines.

Additionally, does anyone know a way of finding the bitrate of a recorded clip? I have the NCH video suite if it can be found using Prism or something like that. Thanks for the help.
