LewisG Posted March 12, 2013 Share Posted March 12, 2013 I have set up my web access tab and configured my router and firewall . I have attempted to log in from another network via the internet ip given to me with success. I then attempted to connect to Express Invoice from my laptop(on same network as EI host) and when I enter the username and password it comes back with "you have entered the wrong username/password". Now I tried to reset using the link on the login screen and retrieved the new pw from the auto email it sends....with the same results. I go back to the host pc and check the account tab and see that my account has been disabled. I go ahead and change the PW there and re-enable the account ...head back to the Laptop with no success....bad user name and password....I return to the host pc and notice that once again the user account I setup has been disabled.so.....anyone....any suggestions are welcome.
