Guest Peter Egan
The features list indicates tah Axon "Supports all the standard PBX features like call transfer, hold, and record". Does anyone know how these features are accessed? Peter
Guest Guest_John_*
Peter: The features you mentioned are accessed via the SIP client which is either the softphopne that the NCH people also provide for free called ExpressTalk or it is accessed from the buttons on an IP SIP telephone itself. In either case the proper signal is sent to the Axom so that it knows what to do to put the call on hold, or transfer it. As for recording a conversation, the ExpressTalk client has a record button. rai
I know it works from the Softphone, but is there perhaps a *xx combination that makes it possible to do this from a phone that is connected to an FXS?
