no sound from streming wep page

hi i have a acer notebook

wen i try record from video streming web page the video is good but sound not work.

 

how can i do?

 

i must able a sound from microphone so i can record sound output from my speakers?

is not possible directly from sistem computer?

I have the same problem. Sound worked well in the previous version of the software. I upgraded and now it doesn't work.

I hope they fix this soon. In the meantime, does anyone know how to download a previous version --- I really need this. Like you, I am recording sound from some webpages.
