Not linking to Axon

Hello,

 

I installed IMS and Axon and set up Axon and it's working fine.

 

But I can't set up IMS to work proberly with Express Talk or Axon since when I call 197 for On-Hold Music the Axon log displays:

 

18:41:09 Cannot find any contacts for extension "197"

18:41:09 The extension you are attemption to dial 197 [On-Hold Player] may need an external related programs to be installed. Please see Help -> Install Related Programs.

I have installed IMS after Axon and Express Talk but in Express talk it's detected but isn.t playing MOH when the caller is put on hold.
