Problem accessing from public ip

I've already setup the program on my local network and it's working but when i try to access through the public IP i get a blank page can someone please assist me. thanks.

It's most likely your ip is behind a firewall. I have try few method and the best way to have this sort out is

to VPN set up in your local network but this bring up another question. If you use a public PC which you wouldn't

be able to install a VPN software or set up your VPN on public which means still wouldn't work.

 

I have set it using a free VPN software in my server and when I am oversea I have to carry a small laptop which

also has the same VPN set up there and only access using the laptop I am carry.

 

If you are not behind a firewall then you need to port forward your IP and port in your router.
