Greetings,

 

I am looking into this product and have a few questions that I hope one of you can answer for me. They are numbered just for easy reference, not importance.

 

1. Because I am familiar with the VoiceGuide product, is there a product comparison chart somewhere?

 

2. The phone support provided by Swift Sound says they only answer during their hours of operation: What are those hours? I am in the USA/Eastern Time Zone - please include the country/timezone for the hours you show.

 

3. Is this forum monitored by Swift Sound? If so, is this another method of support from Swift Sound?

 

4. I am no longer a programmer. Is this product "easy enough" that a non-programmer can make good use of it?
